How our text messaging program works, and how to opt out at any time.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Cement Creek Veterinary Hospital (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (Terms).
SMS Messaging Service
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Cement Creek Veterinary Hospital for appointment reminders, treatment and post-procedure follow-ups, vaccine and wellness reminders, prescription and refill notifications, billing and payment reminders, general clinic communications, and two-way communication with our care team about your pet’s veterinary care. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. On average, 1-4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.

Message Frequency
You will get more than one message from us unless you opt out. Messaging frequency varies based on your pet’s care needs, but you will typically receive 1–4 messages per month, with more messages around active treatment, surgery, or hospitalization. Cement Creek Veterinary Hospital reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages. Cement Creek Veterinary Hospital and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you, based on your mobile carrier’s terms. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Cancellation/Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you opt out of text messaging, you will receive one additional message confirming your request has been processed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To resubscribe and opt back in to receive texts from this number, text START.

Liability
We are not responsible for any charges, errors, or delays in SMS delivery or undelivered messages caused by your carrier or third-party service providers.
Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
Consenting to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving veterinary care or any other service from Cement Creek Veterinary Hospital.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older, and the owner or authorized agent of the phone number provided, to opt in to this program.
