A brand-new, purpose-built hospital.

Cement Creek Veterinary Hospital is a brand new, purpose-built hospital opening in July 2026. We are built for growth (3400 sq ft) with a dedicated surgery suite, dental suite, cat room, isolation room, observation room, large treatment area, and 4 exam rooms. We are located less than 1 mile from National Forest land and trails.

Certified Veterinary Technician Full time

Who You Are

You’re a credentialed technician (CVT, LVT, or RVT) who wants to use your skills and your brain. You want to understand the case, anticipate what’s needed, and be part of delivering exceptional medicine and experience.

You care about patients and how people feel while they’re here. You can read a nervous pet and a nervous client and adjust accordingly.

You’re self-aware, collaborative, and open to getting better.

The Role

We are a small but mighty team. We rely on our technicians to function at a high level and fully utilize their skills. You will work closely with our doctors to deliver high-quality care while helping create a calm, supportive experience for both clients and patients.

What You’ll Be Doing

Medical and Technical
  • Venipuncture, catheter placement, and sample collection
  • Anesthesia monitoring
  • Surgical prep and patient recovery
  • Dental radiographs and cleanings
  • Full-body radiographs
  • In-house diagnostics and lab work
  • Hospitalized patient care
Workflow and Team Support
  • Medical record documentation
  • Maintain efficient patient/exam flow without compromising care
  • Anticipate doctor needs and next steps
  • Help build and improve systems and the team as we grow
  • Support overall hospital flow, including room turnover and maintaining clean, organized treatment areas as needed
Client Communication
  • Explain discharge instructions clearly
  • Help clients understand options without pressure
  • Communicate negative bloodwork results as needed
  • Answer phones, texts, and emails when needed

Client Experience Coordinator Full time

Who You Are

You’re someone who enjoys working with people and creating an intentional and warm experience from the moment a client walks in or calls the clinic. You are organized, thoughtful, and able to stay grounded when things are busy or emotional. You communicate clearly and kindly, and you take pride in helping people feel supported and understood. You understand the importance of greeting clients and patients by their names.

You are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You don’t wait to be told what to do next. You take initiative and help things run smoothly.

The Role

We are a small but mighty team. Our Client Experience Coordinator is the first impression and ongoing connection point for our clients. You play a key role in shaping how people feel about their experience with us, from scheduling to check-in to follow-up communication. You help keep the day organized, the flow efficient, and the client experience warm, clear, and supportive.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Experience and Administrative
  • Greet clients in person and create a welcoming, calm environment
  • Check patients in and out, ensuring contact information is up to date
  • Schedule appointments and manage daily appointment flow
  • Answer questions and help guide clients through next steps
  • Complete end of day reconciliation
Communication
  • Answer phones, texts, and emails promptly and professionally
  • Help clients understand estimates, treatment plans, and scheduling options
  • Support clear communication between clients and medical team
  • Follow up with clients as needed for ongoing care or questions
  • Make appointment reminder confirmation calls as needed
Clinic Workflow
  • Maintain organized, clean, and welcoming lobby and front desk areas
  • Coordinate with medical team to support daily schedule flow
  • Assist with records, forms, and administrative tasks
  • Help ensure smooth transitions between clients, patients, and staff

The Role

We are a small but mighty team. Our assistants play a critical role in keeping the clinic running smoothly and supporting both technicians and doctors throughout the day. You will help create an efficient, calm, and supportive environment for patients, clients, and your team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Medical and Patient Support
  • Proper animal restraint for exams and procedures
  • Assist technicians and doctors with treatments and procedures
  • Prepare patients for exams, surgery, and diagnostics
  • Monitor patients under direction of technicians and doctors
  • Maintain cleanliness of treatment and exam areas
Workflow and Team Support
  • Check-in appointments, perform/collect vitals, set up/break down exam rooms and treatment areas
  • Clean, sterilize, and maintain equipment
  • Assist with laundry, stocking, and general clinic upkeep
  • Help maintain efficient patient and exam flow
  • Support inventory organization and restocking
Client Communication
  • Greet clients and help create a welcoming environment
  • Assist with patient intake and basic history collection
  • Reinforce instructions provided by technicians and doctors
  • Answer phones, texts, and emails as needed

  • Experience in a veterinary or animal care setting preferred but not required
